About

Jill and Alison, hosts of Keep The Flame Alive Podcast

Alison Brown and Jill Jaracz.

Keep the Flame Alive® is the podcast for fans of the Olympics and Paralympics. Hosted by Jill Jaracz and Alison Brown, this weekly show has everything fans want to know about the Olympic and Paralympic Movements: how sports work, history, host city information, and much more! During the Games, our daily recaps cover all of the action.

Founded in 2017, Keep the Flame Alive® is one of the first continually-running podcasts about the Olympics and Paralympics. We have regularly been featured in the press, have spoken at industry conferences and were nominated for a 2022 Sports Podcast Award. We were honored to have been accredited for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics, and we are accredited for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
